Next, transfer the berry milk to a bowl, and stir in the chia seeds.

Next, get 310ml whole milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 egg, 60g melted unsalted butter and mix together.
Now, pour all the wet and dry ingredients together and whisk until well combined.
Lightly spray a frying pan and add some of the pancake batter, frying until bubbles appear and then flip over.

To make this recipe you’ll need 70g unsalted butter softened, 50g light brown sugar, 1 tbsp cinnamon, and mix until combined.
Now, get 8 slices of soft bread and cut the crusts off, before rolling them out flat with a rolling pin.
Spread over the cinnamon butter, roll it up tightly, then whisk together 2 eggs, 60ml milk, 1 tsp vanilla, and whisk until combined.
Dip your rolls into the egg mixture, then melt some butter in a pan and toast each side of the rolls until golden.
